These transactions were closed with Life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, Commercial Banks and FHA, FNMA, FDMAC, Hedge Funds, Credit Unions, Bond Financing, Tax Credits, C-Pace, and TIFF. Andrew Burgess currently has relationships with over 500 unique capital sources to find the right capital for your real estate.
Andrew Burgess has placed over $25,000,000 in equity to develop $250,000,000 of commercial real estate investments. Mr. Burgess has personally developed a 55 unit mid-rise condominium building in downtown Columbus, OH. He also acquired and renovated and successfully liquidated 160 apartments in the Florida pan handle.
